Ed and Marilyn, summer trip 2005 travel blog

We will be leaving NH in the morning. It was a great deal of work preparing for the trip, as you can guess. The new truck had to be outfitted for the camper and thanks to Brett and Barry, for installing their fathers' day gifts (bright fog lights and front and rear mud flaps), hood bug deflector, and window rain guards). Brett also fabricated and installed a front camper hold down bar on the frame of the truck. Ed made a new canoe rack for the roof, rear hold down bars for the camper, and wired the truck for the camper electrical system. The camper looks great on the new truck.

We spent a great morning on Friday, lobstering with Kurt, out of Kennebunkport, on the "Olympic Lady", his 32 foot Holland lobster boat. Our last day on the Atlantic Ocean until October. Now to see the Pacific Ocean!

Off to Alaska! Marilyn
