Paul & Jan's Fulltime Adventure travel blog

After a nice quick breakfast of cereal and toast, it was back on the road. I90 took us out of Rapid City and South Dakota and into Wyoming. The day started off fairly nice but was down hill from there. Between Sundance and Gillette, we ran into a vicious rain storm. It was coming down so hard that we could barely see, so we put on the hazard lights and pulled over to the side. Several vehicles lined up behind us. We sat there for at least 15 minutes as the downpour continued.

After a few more showers, we pulled into Peter D's Campground in Sheridan, Wyoming. This is a nice little campground right of the interstate. After getting set up, we drove into town for fuel and had a good dinner at the Perkins restuarant.

Tomorrow, Montana......
