Soppong River Inn – My home in Soppong.

Food market.

10 February.

Time to leave Mae Hong Son. After a freezing cold morning and an early breakfast, the bus departed 10.30 o’clock for a new trip with uncountable curves and bends. Sometimes the road goes like a serpentine. Two hours later and with an average speed about 30 km/h, I arrived to the small village of Soppong. Actually, Soppong is not much of a village, just a market place for the surrounding hill tribe villages, which people coming here and sell their products and buying their supplies. However I found a very nice and charming guesthouse for spending the night.
