Just passed through customs

We woke up to cloudy skies, again. It's supposed to be nicer to the north though, so maybe we can stay ahead of it. We headed out of Glacier Meadow RV Park and after stopping in Browning for fuel, it was north to the US/Canadian border, which we got through without any problems. They did take a little bundle of firewood that we had carried with us since Missouri. It was elm and they are having problems with some kind of elm beedle up here. No problem, we are having trouble finding campgrounds with firepits anyway.

The part of Alberta which we passed through was pretty uneventful. Mostly open range and farm land. As we wanted to get through to Dawson Creek before stopping for a couple of nites, we pressed on. Calgary is huge and lots of traffic. We kept on driving. We stopped for the nite at Red Deer, Alberta. We had a big rain storm that evening, and it rained a couple more times during the nite. I swear, it's following us! Before hooking up the next morning, we went to Safeway for a few groceries. We got back to camp, put things away and hit the road again.
