After spending days checking out all the Idaho RV Parks, we found the perfect one...in Washington. :-)
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is right on the border near Spokane, WA. Jared, "our oldest grandson" has a new job with Delta. He can fly free on his days off from work, he is planning a trip to Spokane to see us. We wanted to be close to the airport in Spokane to pick him up, so our new site about 6 miles from Spokane ended up being the perfect place for us.
I have been busy catching up on laundry, setting the house back up etc. We will be doing a lot of exploring in both the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area and adding a lot of photos later. I have not even taken a picture of the site yet, but will add some later.
Site photos added August, 20. I also added pictures of the vegetable garden they have for all the people in the RV Park. We have already enjoyed fresh picked snap beans and squash. Yummy!
Check back later for more from Washington/Idaho.
NOTE: When we asked for the address to have our mail sent, we found out we are actually in Colbert, WA. We never saw the "Welcome to Colbert" sign. Anyway, if you look for Wild Rose Campground, check under Colbert too.
