We have safely arrived in Golden, British Columbia. We drove about 200 miles from Eureka, Montana to Golden, British Columbia. Customs only took about five minutes. We handed them our passports and they asked a few questions and waved us on.

The drive to Golden was absolutely beautiful. We did see a few signs telling us to be cautious of frost heaves. That is the first time we have seen those in a while. The roads were not bad at all, just a bit bumpy in areas.

They also had wildlife crash signs all over the highway. This area has a lot of deer, elk, moose and longhorn sheep. We saw the skeleton of one huge animal on the road and Jerry saw one dead moose on the side of the road. Yikes! I am glad I missed that one.

The town of Golden, British Columbia is located in the middle of six Canadian national parks. We have a lot of exploring to do.
