Tbag & Squeezer Do The World travel blog

We left Mount Cook and drove to Tekapo and it was here that we realised just how remote New Zealand can be. This cute tourist town is tiny and has no ATM or bank machine so you have to pay for everything on card, not a good time to run out of money, fuel or food and of course we needed all 3 being us. As the weather was shoddy we had lunch by the lake and then drove on through Mount Somers National Park, camping the night in Springfield with Homer of all people.
