We went to a lovely restaurant last night called Oh My Buddha, great food and service, but the tv blaring with the Soccer, as seems to be the norm around here at this time.

Up early and headed out again to get our pics processed, it was very hot and frustrating actually. We stopped on a corner at a modern service station to get directions and 4 very small kids about 6 and 7 and 2 babies naked come up to say "Yum, yum, you buy me icecream" I said "No sorry" then they asked for a dollar, this stuff does my head in so bad, There is absolutely no point me giving them a dollar, it is not going to help them, and I suspect they take the money to the parents who don't buy food for the kids anyhow.

I have noticed there seems to be a lot more limbless people and kid beggars this time around in Cambodia, and I hate it.

Eventually got our pics done and hailed a tuk tuk to take us on a last scenic tour around the city, and around the lake. Just went to check on our laundry and it isn't dry yet, which is a worry, cos we leave at 7am tomorrow.

We have booked a 4 day 3 night tour to take us to Vietnam via the Mekong Delta, which is a new destination for us.

Phnom Pehn is a lovely city, very busy, great architecture, but growing at a fast rate. I don't see any reason to return here, but it will hold good memories for us all.
