Today we visited Lava Beds Nat'l Monument ... a unique glacial drift area with the largest concentration of lava tubes in the U.S. (caves left by underground lava flows). Here's the website link: http://www.nps.gov/labe/

Petroglyph Point is a huge rock formation that used to be an island, where local native Americans would carve into the rock from their canoes.

The weather got up into the mid 70's today. What a treat after the cooler and wet weather we've experienced off and on the last few weeks.
