|Decided to take the scenic route from Cardigan to The Colswolds and detoured via St Davids, westernmost point on Penbrokeshire coast and apparently, officially the smallest town in Wales. Turned out to be a busy spot for all kinds of out door activities. Which, by the way is the case everywhere here, the weather doesn't stop them.
Arrived in a small town called Broadway, in the Cotwolds and found our accommodation. We're staying in the Stables on Farncombe Estate.
Quite a contrast here from the harsh scenery we've been through. Very plush and posh here. Enjoying it though
Settled in and after a couple of drinks came back to our room to have shower and check emails when I got the bad news that changed our plans. Ferry to Santander, Spain cancelled. No other ferries, no flights to Santander, no sleep tonight
