Our first rainbow sighting on the right side of the road!

Blessed by a second rainbow on the left side of the road!

Driving into some ominous weather!

Baby cows in Oregon

Parked for the day in sunny Kennewick Washington!

A stay at home sewing project!

After a rainy night in mountain Home, Idaho, we are back out on the road at 0800. Zoey actually liked it there, and wasn't to excited to end her walks. (I think it was all the green grass and good doggie smells).

I forgot to mention my great (ha ha) interaction with Punjab last night. Two phone calls and an hour and a half on the phone and wait times made me a crabby camper. Wednesday night has our favorite shows which are "Survivor" and "Seal team", so I had to call to get the local channels. I got an A for patience and Spikey got a sore finger from pushing the reset button on the receiver numerous times!

Anyway this morning as we got on the freeway we saw a Rainbow on the right side of the road! How cool is that? And it made us smile! Then we smiled even bigger when we saw a second rainbow on the left side of the road a few miles down the freeway. God's blessings are abundant and visual!

The weather today does not sound too good. Rain and lots of wind. We seemed to avoid the black clouds until about 1300 in Le Grand, Oregon. But we were blessed and it didn't last to long. The wind was a constant all day, but in varying degrees of force. Just when it got bad, it was time to stop for fuel, or lunch and doggie walks. So not as bad as it could have been.

We rolled into the Columbia Sun Rv park around 1600. They have a really cute gift shop but of course it is closed due to the virus issue. Rats!

What did you do during the stay at home order? I made table runners with scraps of fabric. Thankfully Nancy, my neighbor in Yuma, helped me. We didn't really have a pattern for these so we made it up as we went along. I finished putting the binding on my last one the day before we left Yuma!

Tomorrow we will head for home from here. We will be taking a rather round about way by avoiding Tacoma and Seattle and all of their germs and craziness. We will go through White pass to get home! Thank you God, for green grass and evergreen trees. Thank you to all of you for your prayers of protection. One day to go!
