|The day after the wedding my family decided to head down the coast. It was the first time I had been to my beloved Big Sur since being back in the United States. We had a great time and took lots of pictures. Point Lobos was beautiful and as always I enjoyed climbing around on the rocks. We stopped at Hurricane point to take in the view and I couldn't be more content. We continued on down the coasted and stopped for drinks at a local view point before heading back towards Monterey stopping for the sunset along the way. We ended up on Fisherman's Warf at the Old Fisherman's Grotto for dinner enjoying their famous clam chowder and hot crab sandwiches. All in all it was a beautiful day. It was a great way to say good bye to my ocean before heading up towards what would be my new home in Vacaville...and my journey continues!
