Well, we slept pretty well considering 3 trains passed by in the night. The park turned out to be OK. We take our time this morning as we want to hit the Edmonton Mall no earlier than 10, when it opens. We get back on the road by 8:45AM. Did I mention the mosquitoes in Vegreville? Pretty big but we might as well get used to them. Hope we brought lots of spray. This is a pretty day. Clear skies and 58 degrees. We see the signs for a Ukrainian Village and decide to stop. May 22, 2008 - Rain, Traffic and Construction

Whew!! We were really glad to pull into Poplar Ridge RV Campground in Fox Creek this afternoon. The previous two days were marked with rain, rain and more rain; muddy campgrounds; traffic jams and construction delays. We originally planned on spending a few days in Calgary and taking in the sites in Edmonton but these experiences have changed our plans. The cities are behind us, thankfully, and we are in the peace and quiet of the country and looking forward to the adventure ahead of us.
