September 10 2013 We biked 40 miles today for a total of 359 miles. Woke up to sunny skies that later turned to partly cloudy. No rain. Although it is suppose to rain tonight and through tomorrow. The menu here looks like a book. Over 14 pages. That is entrees only, no wine list. I tried the wild boar...

Rzsezow is located at the southeastern corner of Poland about 1 hours drive from the Ukrainian and Polish border. Will be here for three days of work. This area is known for its various game entrees, i.e. Wild Boar, Rabbit, Deer, Quail, Phesant, etc. I am staying at the Hotel Hubertus. The hotel is small with only 13 rooms. I get the budget room on this stay. The room is located...
