Jul 20, 2014 - Merced River Camp, Delhi, Californien
Dec 27, 2013 - Merced River RV Resort
Sorry about the delay of postings folks but I messed up as hard as that is to believe. I understand all are catching up on their blog posts and you can now follow our progress. Got a bit of a late start today as we enjoyed the deal of the trip as we got the motorhome and the car and dolly washed for $50, couldn't refuse. Sep 25, 2012 - Day 88
We departed the Ancient Redwoods RV Park today and drove a short distance down the Avenue of the Giants to Redcrest, where we returned to US-101. We then drove down 101 past Leggett and then near Calpella we turned onto CA 20 to proceed east to Willams to intercept I-5 to Sacramento. On the south side of Sacramento, we picked up CA 99 and continued South towards Bakersfield, passing through Stockton, Modesto and stopping in the town of Delhi to stay at the Merced River RV Park for the night. We had planned on staying for 2 nights and going...

Oct 4, 2007 - Merced River RV Resort
I left the KOA in Petaluma around 10:00am as planned and arrived at Merced River RV Resort near Delta, CA about 1:30pm. All interstate and the traffic wasn't bad at all. I'm now very comfortable driving the Dutch Star in just about any kind of traffic, I think because it is so smooth and high above everything, which lets me see way out ahead. No engine noise except for a low purr in the rear. I'd really rather drive the Dutch Star than the Ranger now, but the Ranger gets a whole lot better mileage. Today's trip was 148 miles which is just...
